I'd think our dark colored shingles would get so hot they'd cook the bees. I am, however, thinking of eliminating my bird houses. The birds are really taking a toll on my garden. Maybe a bee house would be better ;-)Annie*s Grannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04772261218172078099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3215310042560560686.post-52365675177897295892011-01-28T13:38:22.438-05:002011-01-28T13:38:22.438-05:00That is very neat, I like your neighborhood and th...That is very neat, I like your neighborhood and the restaurant owner in it too. :)

~MaryMaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08044242234157130481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3215310042560560686.post-52098355791867631432011-01-28T10:48:57.929-05:002011-01-28T10:48:57.929-05:00Wow. Bees are also pretty low-maint, which is always a plus.

I'm guessing those hives must be on a sturdy roof, because they would weigh quite a bit when full of combs and honey!Dave @ HappyAcreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441364543023807886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3215310042560560686.post-17473288353338626102011-01-27T17:32:37.771-05:002011-01-27T17:32:37.771-05:00Well we rarely look up.
