  1. I had to laugh when I saw this. We are in the middle of a snow storm and are scheduled to have another on Saturday and then next Tuesday. I think winter is here to stay.

  3. Thanks for trying Robin. Maybe if we all go outside and look for our shadow, and do NOT see it, we will have an early spring.
    We can hope

  4. Nice try Robin, but up here, we ALWAYS have at least 8 more weeks to go. But, you're sweet!

  5. First news here is the snow storm that hit US last night!
Spring will come around 21st of March, I think. :)

  6. I always thought the rule was if Phil saw his shadow we would have 6 more weeks of winter. If Phil didn't see his shadow then we would only have a month and a half of winter left. :)

  7. johanna & Sue, Come on....you need to believe in Phil!! It's the only Hope we have!!

David, According to legend, if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter weather. If he does not see his shadow, there will be an early spring.

  8. Robin, I'm all for early Spring, but I am waiting to believe when I see it. I'm not saying that it couldn't happen but I'm not seeing it outside today. We could all hope couldn't we.

Think Spring Think Spring Think Spriing.

  9. I'd like to believe, but we are not likely to have an early spring. A fresh coating of snow is falling right now. Not sure spring will ever come.

  11. I feel so bad for you all. How about I send you all some of our California sun. It will hit 70 by the end of the week and that's here in the Bay Area.
    Stay safe and warm!
