Hop on over to Daphne's Dandelions, our host of Harvest Monday to see what's going on in veggie gardens around the globe!!!
Gorgeous colors of those peppers and eggplants. it's sad to see the season end but I'm looking forward to few weeks of rest :)
ReplyDeleteMe too Jenny! I'm about worn out!!
DeleteOh they all look so good. I'm getting very excited about summer produce - I planted out my tomatoes today and the eggplants and peppers are hardening off before planting. Hope I get some as good as yours.
ReplyDeleteLiz, It will be such fun to see your summer veggies while we are in the winter season here! Good Luck!
DeleteLooks very nice, beautiful colors! You are so lucky to have those nice raspberries!
ReplyDeleteNM, We are enjoying the few raspberries that we have this year. Hopefully, next year will be much better!
DeleteThose raspberries look luscious. I really wish I'd watered my raspberries this year. They did absolutely nothing since they were too dry.
ReplyDeleteMy raspberries didn't do well because of the move. I'm sure they will be better next year.....and I'm sure you will water if needed!!!
DeleteOur raspberries have been brilliant this year.
ReplyDeleteSue, you are so lucky! I've only have a few here and there.
DeleteA colorful harvest mixture. Hope you and your family are doing well this fall. Job going okay?
ReplyDeleteHey Marcia, Yes, the job is going great and we are all well!
Deletebeautiful peppers. Glad you get to enjoy some raspberries!
ReplyDeleteThanks Shawn Ann!
DeleteWhat a beautiful harvest!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan, the peppers sure are pretty!
DeleteYou still managed a varied and lovely harvest, would love some of those raspberries right now.
ReplyDeleteNorma, the raspberries were few and far between this year. We are hoping for a bountiful harvest of them next year!
DeleteYour containers of veggies make such pretty pictures. Nice harvest still! Nancy
ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy, "The Italian" bought me those lovely containers last month. They sure do show off the veggies!
DeleteThe fall raspberries - what a treat!! I can see another delicious adult drink coming... I just planted some raspberry plants myself, I hope they will give me something next year! I love the fall theme in the background!
ReplyDeleteTS, Ha, you've got us figured out! Most of the raspberries this year were used for making raspberry vodka!
DeleteAnother great harvest of tomatoes and peppers, and those raspberries look like candy. You really had an excellent run on the tomatoes this year. You must be happy with how well they performed for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura, The tomatoes did well considering the weather and disease. I think we got enough put away....not sure though!
DeleteYour harvests are always beautiful, with such color! I just finished prepping the chow chow (aka "piccalilli" in some places) and got going on a batch of sauerkraut, although I used bought cabbage for that. Still have TONS of sweet/hot peppers and lots of green tomatoes. I'm going to make more marinara out of them. I'm planting an eggplant or two next year because of your lovely ones, and trying the eggplant caponata recipe!
ReplyDeleteWe have been up to our ears in eggplant this year! I wish you success with them next year....and you will love the caponata!!
DeleteLovely photos of your harvest!
ReplyDeleteThanks a bunch Jo Jo!!!
DeleteOh how I wish we'd have better luck with berries. I like your new background. Fall is here! Will you plant garlic?
ReplyDeleteThanks Jody, my raspberries hardly did a thing this year because of moving them. I planted the garlic on Saturday!
